Director Responsibilities

The following roles and responsibilities have been identified as a requirement for IIMA to achieve its goal. We aspire to have an even balance of consultants, corporate, agency, research, and vendors. In addition, some of these roles may be paid and farmed out where as others will be volunteer.

Director Responsibilities:
• It is anticipated that each role requires an approximately 10 hour commitment each month.
• Board Meetings will be held the third Wednesday of each month and Directors will be required to attend 75% of all board meetings. Directors will be expected to report on status of annual goals in a measurable fashion.
• Events are typically held the second week of each month. Directors are expected to attend 60% of events.
• Directors are expected to post 1 blog/month on the IIMA website.
